IQ Plus 8-Note Step Resonator Bells feature bars of 8 diatonic pitches, aligned in an escalating or descending staircase format.  The bars on the 8 Note Step Resonator Bells are tuned metal bar similar to glockenspiel bars.  

This instrument is ideal for teaching children about the jumping from one note to the next note by using visual hints provided by the staircase design.  Children can play the pattern of low to high or high to low notes and be able to understand easily since lower step of bells gives you lower pitch than the higher ones.  Practicing with this instrument will help children in developing perfect-pitch from an early age.
